Shipping policy

International shipping
All international orders placed on MRT Engineering webshop are shipped within 1-5 business days of purchase (unless a longer processing time is stated on the item listing) via selected courier.
In case the selected courier does not deliver to your area, we will use corresponding service with no extra fees.
Stock items are normally shipped within 1-3 business days. Custom orders (such as items made-on-order or special requests) or items out of stock may take significantly longer time and ETA is usually stated on the item listing.

Customers outside of EU are responsible of all additional tax and/or import charges if eligible, we ship all items from Finland (EU), we use DAP (Delivered At Place) Terms of delivery. 

We have no way of effecting the speed of shipping itself, in case you need to know the latest status of your order, please check your email and order page for tracking information or contact the courier customer service directly.
