5-lug front adapter kit for BMW E30 with E36 / E46 front wheel hubs and E36 / E46 non-M or E46 M3 front brakes (not E30 M3 or iX)

MAIN FEATURES OF THE FRONT ADAPTER KIT:

• Accepts E36 / E46 front wheel hubs (BMW Part No. 31226757024) and hardware as is

• Designed for E36 / E46 wheel offset (+17.5mm offset from E30 stock brake rotor flange)

• Dual bolt pattern, CNC machined AW-7075 aluminum front caliper adapters + spacers allow use of any E36 / E46 non-M or E46 M3 front brakes (not E36 M3 rotors) for example:
  

• 286x22mm rotor + caliper from E36 318i - 328i or E46 316i - 323i
  
• 300x22mm rotor + caliper from E46 316i - 328i
• 325x25mm rotor + caliper from E46 325i - 330i
• 325x28mm rotor + caliper from E46 M3
• 325x28mm rotor from E46 M3 + caliper from E36 M3 or E34 540i - M5
• 345x28mm rotor + caliper from E46 M3 CSL

• Gives extra brake rotor clearance for the tie rod and LCA end compared to competitors' products, compatible with MRT Engineering roll-center / bump steer / angle -kits

• ABS option available

• Grinding of the caliper carrier required for bolt head clearance with E36/E46 non-M brakes, combinations with 325mm or 345mm rotors caliper carriers or strut mounts only need a slight touch for sufficient clearance

• Removing of the stock ABS ring and pressing in a new one required with ABS option

• Dual bolt pattern, CNC machined CrMo steel rear caliper adapters allow use of any E36 / E46 rear brakes for example:
  

  • 280x10mm rotor + caliper from E36 316i - 325i or E46 316i - 318i
  • 276x19mm rotor + caliper from E36 323i - 328i or E46 316i - 323i
    
  • 294x19mm rotor + caliper from E46 325i - 328i
  • 312x20mm rotor + caliper from E36 M3 ***
  • 320x22mm rotor + caliper from E46 330i/d ***
  • 328x20mm rotor from E46 M3 ***

• 180/185mm parking brake adapter required with options with ***

  • E36 M3 dust shield holes needs to be ground oval to match adapter bolt pattern

• Grinding of the trailing arm upper mount required with 276x19mm rotors, caliper adapter shape can be used as a guide

• Special 42x72x37mm wheel bearings to be used on small bore trailing arms to utilize Z4 hubs

WHY DO YOU NEED ONE?

E30 5-lug adapter kit will unlock a huge selection of brake upgrades and 5x120 wheel options.
We have paid extra attention to make the front kits compatible with our roll-center and bump steer correction products to increase rotor to tie rod and LCA clearance.
With E36 / E46 wheel offset (higher than on E30) you will remain the same scrub radius as stock and it will not affect front suspension geometry.
Hub adapter is one piece part that will accept E36 / E46 hub (or wheel bearing), with a nut and a dust collar as is and does not require tapping or modifications on the E30 strut.

Rear kits are built around the common and inexpensive Z4 wheel hub and E30 / E46 rear brake options. Our kit is the only kit on the market that allows use of smaller E36 non-M brakes as well as bigger 330i/d and M3 brakes while retaining functional parking brake with an additional parking brake adapter. Original hardware (protection plates, parking brake shoes) will bolt-on to these adapters, choose accordingly. 

DOES IT FIT MY CAR?

The front kit can be used with E30 non-M struts, both 45mm and 51mm, ABS or without ABS. Not compatible with E30 M3 or E30 iX struts!
The rear kit can be used on all E30 non-M, iX and M3, as well as E36 Compact and Z3 non-M trailing arms in addition of Z4 hubs and listed brake options.

Installation of the kit does not require special tools. Basic grinding tools may be required depending on the brake combination used, please see instructions above for more details.

HOW ABOUT THE LIFETIME AND SERVICE OF THE KIT?

The kit does not need service while in use, always use Loctite on bolts and screws that might become loose. The kits have been proven on street and track applications by many of our customers. We're constantly doing R&D to make the kits even better, all improvements are based on customer feedback which is very important to us. Any of the spare parts can be also bought separately from us.

We want to keep our customers 100% happy thus we're only using the best materials and manufacturing processes available. Hub adapters are CNC machined of high strength CrMo steel, caliper adapters are CNC machined AW-7075 T6 aluminum, mounting hardware is European standard 10.9 or 12.9.
